Garlic is a medicine
Garlic is considered a medicine in Ayurveda. Eating one or two cloves of garlic on an empty stomach in the morning has many benefits. Garlic should be consumed to prevent stomach ailments, high blood pressure, heart disease, cold and cough, to lose weight and to prevent cancer. Consumption of garlic also cures sexual problems in men.
Some things to note
Cashews should never be consumed with sherbet or hot things. This can cause you to face BP problems. Drinking two glasses of water on an empty stomach in the morning makes the internal organs more active and brings glow on the face. Also, drinking water on an empty stomach cleanses all the dirt of the body. Eating desi ghee and banana and drinking milk daily increases weight and makes the body well-shaped. It also does not let there be a lack of energy in the body. Eating big cardamom once a week prevents respiratory diseases and also provides relief from cold and cough.
Eat one spoon of this for two days
Phlegm deposited in the chest, dry cough, throat pain, everything will be cured. To prepare this, add some jaggery in water, add half a teaspoon of cardamom powder, half a teaspoon of celery, half a teaspoon of black pepper, half a teaspoon of ginger powder and black salt and cook it. Until this happens, take half a teaspoon of this in the morning and evening.
