John Halpern, a Bain & Company Co-founder sued for ****ual abuse and ****ual assault. John Halpern was a co-founder of Bain & Company and its second-largest shareholder, also serving as its Vice Chairman until 1990. Prior to forming Halpern, Denny & Co., Halpern also held consulting positions at Boston Consulting Group. He is a graduate of Yale University and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
