नई दिल्लीः रियल एस्टेट कंपनी बीपीटीपी ग्रुप अपनी विस्तार योजना के तहत गुरुग्राम में एक प्रीमियम आवासीय परियोजना विकसित करने के लिए 3,000 करोड़ रुपए का निवेश करेगी। कंपनी गुरुग्राम के द्वारका एक्सप्रेसवे पर सेक्टर-102 में 12.05 एकड़ की परियोजना विकसित कर रही है जिसमें करीब 1,600 अपार्टमेंट होंगे। बीपीटीपी इस परियोजना को तीन चरणों में विकसित कर रही है। कंपनी ने इस साल की शुरुआत में पहला चरण ‘एम्स्टोरिया वर्टी ग्रीन्स' पेश किया था जिसमें 885 अपार्टमेंट थे।
